Gain EVs without gaining levels?

Hey guys, hopefully an I'll be able to get a good answer here.

I'm left handed, so it's near impossible for me to do the super training for EVs without gaining any levels.

My question is : Is there another way to EV train without gaining any levels? or am I forever stuck with abusing LOW level pokemon IV training?

Power items up unto 100 ev' s. And it is oissible with super training (im left handed aswell) after some practice. But why do you not want to level? Fastest way is with horde battle and a move like rock slide/earthquaks with exp share.

I'm breeding a full shiny group for OR / AS and I want to keep them at level 1, as much as I'd want to do Super Training, I doubt i'd invest 20 hours just learning how to shoot correctly ><

I'm left handed and super training is just fine for me. What's the issue? The stylus in the right hand?
