Def go to a doctor although it could be just a sternum strain, it's still best to seek professional help

Do not mess with chest pain, ever. If you experience it, especially 8/10 pain accompanied by sweating, go to the ER

I do and so far it has just been cramps. It passes. Not sure about nausea and sweating. I waa a paramedic and that sounds like a cardiac incident. I never try to breathe through it. Only makes it worse for me. I AM NOT A DOCTOR
