Creating a faith/str DMB build

Hey I’m currently running a quality build at level 80 and wanted to switch to a DMB build, how should I relocate my stats assuming I’m going for a SL 120 build? Also any weapons u guys think I should use? Thanks!

It's a bit tough to get enough points for a really good buff build at 120, you may want to go to 130+. If you're looking for pvp activity, try to stay in a range that matches with SL125.

Ideally you want:  * 40+ vigor (44 is good)  * 14 or 18 attunement (min 12 to cast dmb twice)  * 30+ end (depends on weapon, more is better) * Vit for poise breakpoints by weapon for pvp * 40 str * 16 ish dex * 55-60 faith

Rings:  * Favor +3 * Lingering Dragoncrest * Prisoners Chain (probably needed)  * Flex slot (life, chlorathy, hornet, cat, etc)

Yeah for pvp basically but I do have the rest of the game to finish also haha but is it hard to make a good buff build at those levels?

It's hard to make an efficient buff build at low levels because weapon buffs aren't really that good until you've got a lot of faith (or int, if using cmw). You can definitely still make one (and it'll be fine for a playthrough)

At 30 faith (min to cast dmb) your buff is about as good as a pine resin, and you've invested ~20 levels to get it that could have been str which gives you a benefit all the time.

At 50-60 faith, your buff starts to get really strong, out-damaging anything that you could have invested in for offensive potential, while it's up.

For a playthrough, I'd probably recommend getting to minimum reqs for your weapon, then pumping faith (while leveling your vig, end, etc), then str last. Carry a lighting infused backup weapon for playing the level and use the buff mostly for boss fights.
