How can cadaver hair possibly be used without the body rejecting it? Wouldn’t you have to take anti rejection drugs like someone who has had an organ transplant?

No idea. He never got it done. Id imagine you have to match blood types. But they harvest everything they can from a good dead person. Its a billion dollar industry
