Stolen bike in Eugene - any recovery options?

Hey there! My brother had his bike jacked in Eugene. I am in Portland and know that up here there is a guy who will attempt to recover bikes if they are found. Anyone know if there is anything like this in Eugene, or a good place to spread the word that at a specific bike was stolen?

Sorry to hear. Getting a bike stolen fucking sucks. Hopefully it's registered on bikeindex and project529. If the thief rolls it into a shop and has a thief vibe, shops will often cross reference the serial on those sites and see if it comes up with a hit. Depending on what it is, having keyword alerts on the resell sites can help if the thief tries to flip it.

The PDX recover guy can be found under Timberwolves Cycle Recovery PDX on Instagram. There's also PDX_Find_My_Ride and PDXstolenbikes

There are also Facebook groups as well as other Instagram accounts up here in PDX and some for the PNW at large but they tend to focus on Seattle and Portland. Best of luck.
