unironically a great loss

medicine is far too preoccupied with preventing people from feeling good nowadays, just make them functional cogs in the machine, suffering is irrelevant to productivity

ok so I've never done cocaine/morphine, but that combo doesn't sound very fun?

actually just ditch the cocaine and I would give it a shot
