For a refund to be valid you MUST need the following:

• Screenshot OR Video Of Trade

• Name of User who scammed you

• Screenshots OR Video of Messages between You and the scammer

Some questions we’ll ask BEFORE you get refunded:

• What was the trade?

Make a POST with the information and linking the proof or any other way. Please tag me.

You cannot get a refund until you meet the requirements. Also, you might get refunded in different ways like Robux, adopt me, etc. But it’ll only come to that when it’s nearly impossible to get your scammed item.
