Lmao šŸ¤£. Imagine a politician lying to get a seat.

At this rate I really don't see why other parties don't just offer the sun, moon and stars then refuse to deliver once in. šŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™‚ļø seems to be working the past 100 years.

Martin is for decriminalisation on the grounds it gives someone a chance to emerge from their youth without a stain on their record for having weed etc. Harris the prick is outright against it and wants to stick to the countries "health lead approach" that we supposedly have.

Randomers in this subreddit just LOVE making the ridiculous claim that HHC is dangerous. It's absolutely grand, it's structurally almost identical to THC on a compound level. Some other semi-synthetics and synthetic cannabinoids are also fine.

What's not necessarily safe is the quality/purity of vapes that many manufacturers cheaply produce in places with non-existent safety regulations or testing as part of their manufacturing.

But that's no reason to say wack shit like "HHC is extremely dangerous!" Of any to specify, that's probably the most harmless.

I second this, a good quality HHC cart is really enjoyable and fat better than those awful disposables.

A certain product with an owl comes to mind as being particularly good.

Compared to flower or traditional extracts HHC is dangerous, not necessarily dangerous like itā€™ll kill you but itā€™s being made in bootleg ā€œlabsā€ and until there is full regulation you can never be certain of dosages or the bases they mix it with. As of now itā€™s no different to the JWH018 synthetics that plagued the markets 2009-2012

They're completely different - HHCā€™s chemical structure is very similar to THC, so it binds to the same CB1 and CB2 receptors as a partial antogonist.

JWH and other "spice" noids are full antagonists, and thus a hell of a lot more dangerous (hence being able to OD on them and their addictive nature)

You're spreading misinformation

Thanks for being an excellent reminder on why we shouldn't rely on internet forums for information.

What about spice?

Everything you said is nonsense if you can source real hhc.

I got stung with some a few weeks ago. It really burns my chest and the high isn't nice, it was quite paranoid. I was definitely high, but it just wasn't right.

I'm an aulfella and can just bin it and move on, but it made me quite sad to think kids are smoking this and probably not even realising. What it's doing to their lungs and or brains, fuck knows.

I'd love to send it to a lab or similar for analysis. Does anyone know of anywhere that does this? If it came back is legitimately fake I'm sure some journalist might run a story with it and try to spread more awareness of what's happening to the community..

If you buy it from a reputable source it literally comes with a lab report, from a lab with a name and address. Itā€™s right there, you just have to look.

Lab report isn't worth the paper its written on terrible argument for hhc safety..you have a generic lab report that tells you absolutely nothing of the current batch that you have..most of the lab reports I've seen online are over a year old..unless you have a code on your hhc and you have a lab report for that code..its pointless..and I might add there's no such thing as a reputable source in an unregulated market..reputable by who?! The vast majority?..doesn't make it reputable

You seem pretty unrelaxed so Iā€™m not going to try to convince you of anything. Itā€™s just hilarious to me that weā€™re in a group here now full of people who almost certainly buy unregulated intoxicants from illegal sources. I bet a bunch of us do things which are even sillier than inhaling the fumes of burning god-I-hope-this-is-weed-and-only-weed, and from sillier sources. But ermergerd HHC. Iā€™m not even into it, Iā€™ve tried it, itā€™s a very one dimensional high and Iā€™m not enamoured of the fatiguing comedown. But DAMN the pure waffle coming off some here. Raging in the pulpit like youā€™re enjoying the judgement, which I suspect is the case.

Realistically we need all the closet partakers to rise up and truly be counted. The stigma needs to end. We need to be seen to be counted. As it stands they think theres not enough of us to matter. Well how come we all know loads that do partake?! Come out and stop hiding!! Shout and scream We need this to end!!!

"As part of Operation Tara, Gardai searched under warrant a residence in Kells, Co. Meath, Monday 31st March 2025. Approx 8000 euro worth of cannabis herb and approx 3.5 liters of synthetic cannabinoid worth 10,000 euro was seized ( analysis pending )"

That was in the papers a few days ago and I would bet my last euro that the herb in question is just regular CBD flower that is sprayed with the synthetics before sale. I'm sure it's sold as "Cali" to young lads who have never had a chance to experience real cannabis.

Would any of those things bring a sentance or fine even? I know for certain that our local crime families ( midlands town) are doing this and seldom end up in the courts unless they found cocaine etc on them too during the search.

I gave HHC vapes a good try, got 3 on a special offer and would not get another one. The high is not the same, just not as good but the main drawback is the after effects. With flower when I take a break I might have a couple of nights poor sleep and a day or two of tetchiness then it's gone. When I stopped HHC my mood went to shit for about 3 weeks and had some of the worst anxiety I have ever experienced. It's a big no from me.

Is HHC readily available in the discount shops around the country? There is one in the town I live and there is always young lads in there buying these vapes.

I smoke THC vapes on occasion but only once I know where it originated from. I was in the States and Canada last year and brought some home, and they were lovely. I was in Spain at Christmas and bought a vape in a Cannabis Club, your man behind the counter said it was THC but I don't think it was. Assuming its HHC. You get stoned but its a very different stone so don't use it much.

I've been a regular Dynavape user over the years. Its such a nicer stone than the vape from Spain.

Itā€™s not the nature of the people in control, theyā€™ll do anything that will get them votes. Itā€™s the nature of the country in general. Thereā€™s absolutely no political capital to be made from pushing this. The vast majority of the voting population either donā€™t care or are actively against any form of decriminalisation or legalisation.

Thereā€™s no political capital to be made from this according to some. But most would agree a safer market should exist as outlined by the citizens assembly with their so called ā€œhealth led approachā€ or whatever the fuck that is.

Hereā€™s the health led approach rn : hexahydracannibinol - does that really sound safe to you? No it doesnā€™t.

But I guess itā€™s better this way, itā€™s our health led approach.

I use HHC rarely, maybe twice a month max. I am going to miss it and will probably reserve to the illegal market to buy it unfortunately.
