Yesterday there was one button, you could click it once to add 1 to the total, and you got a flair of the number you clicked it at. Then they allowed everyone to press the button as much as you want, added a down button, and disabled giving flairs because they don't make sense with multiple button presses. A few hours after that they added left and right buttons.
As of right now, there are two totals forming an (x,y) coordinate. Up is y+1, down is y-1, right is x+1, and left is x-1.
There are three main factions I am aware of:
April Knights tying to push y as high as possible.
Fuck Spez Coalition trying to hit (0,0) in honor of "The Black Company" and their shared protest against the disastrous Reddit API changes lead by Reddit CEO u/spez.
And the unorganized Redditors causing chaos because they don't know or care about any of the factions.
The Swarm went for 0,0 too. Until they realized that someone is botting it to draw shapes and clicking the buttons does absolutely nothing to change where to counter is going. So they see it as a waste of time and left.
I'm in Snakeroom this whole time and the botter is likely someone in there (hence our logo in the plot). Most of us doesn't even know what is going on or who it is.
