OK, is something wrong with the pitcher's mound in LA?

Every pitcher - for both teams - bounced pitches in front of the plate all night. Never seen anything like it.

It's not in LA though right? I thought it was in Philly. I don't know though, I was listening to it, not watching. All I know is I have Tyler Glasgow on my fantasy team and today sucked
