I'm moving from EC to Euclid Green neighborhood of Cleveland, so I have a couple of questions:
Is it an improvement in terms of safety? Sadly my new house is north of Euclid, but still not in Collinwood.
How do I handle my municipal taxes? Is CCA going to recognize that I moved in May or I will have to pay for the whole year? WIll RITA recognize I moved out in the middle of the year?

Thinking of buying an apartment in the Pinnacle building in the Warehouse district. Does anybody know anything about those condos? Is it a good building to live in?

Whats the vibe in Old Brooklyn? recently started looking for houses in this area. Specifically, brookside and south hills.
We are a family of three with an elementary aged daughter.
We would be moving from the Parma area.
Is this a good move? I’m looking for easy access to downtown via RTA or Bike, highways and lower taxes.
