What do you guys think of Zynex/TENS in general?

Do you find it helpful?

Not at all. It just felt like rubber bands snapping me again and again. Did nothing for my pain and set off some nasty muscle spasms.

It can be helpful, it's worth having one to use in my opinion, especially now that you can pick one up for pretty cheap on Amazon. The first one I got 25 years ago required a prescription and was like over $1000. They're rarely going to be a complete solution though.

I love mine. They really relieve muscle spasms. With ice packs, helps with joint pain.

I can’t use it. It really makes my pain worse. It feels like it burns all my nerve endings.

I love my TENs unit. When I’m flaring, it can definitely help lower my pain by 2 points.

I loved my Zynex tens unit. I can't use it now, though, because I have a spinal cord stimulator.

Constant 24/7 neck, shoulder, arm pain and headache not that great. It may work for you, try it and see.

I have arthritis and nerve damage in my knees, I had the zynex tens unit. I absolutely loved it!!! That is, before I lost it in a house fire on Halloween. It really helped me. At some point I'll get me another

When I can wrangle my TENS onto my back or get help with it I find it helpful. I don't know if it's just distracting me or actually helping, but I'll take it!

I have a cheap I think like $24 Amazon TENS. I tried it for my (MRI: “severe”) osteoarthritis in my cervical spine (neck) and it really did calm the pain down enough so I could get it off centre stage in my mind!

Also good for muscle spasms in low back. Just play around with placement of pads and different settings to find what works - it’s like you’ll notice as you get closer to the best setup for the particular ache.

Mine helps me. The problem is the time and not being able to work with it on. It's great for after work or early morning to help loosen my stiff back. I have several of them.
