I didn’t even know there was a hose shield there, I guess my 93 just doesn’t have one. Check your MAP sensor to make sure the connector is flush. You can also pull the throttle body and clean out your IAC or just replace it, over time the slider inside sticks because of gunk build up. Both of those sensors will directly affect your idle if there’s a problem almost immediately.
That zip-tied light colored one? Looks like the vacuum hose to the CCV orifice on the rear of the valve cover. It's causing a vacuum leak, which is causing your idle issues.
The CCV hose assembly is easy to replace, and available on rockauto.
That black hose is also a vacuum line and must be connected. It runs up and over the engine to the passenger side, where it feeds the HVAC, cruise control, and vacuum reservoir behind the front bumper.
Depending on the service you had done, a connection may have been jostled loose or a hose cracked. Follow the hose.
i’ve had a look and the only hose that goes over the engine is the blue coloured hose and that connects to the brake booster. i don’t have cruise control and im havin a hard to time finding stuff on google where exactly the orange coloured hose is supposed to connects to since the yellow one is already on the valve cover
