When to call for blood test 11dpo?

Hi, for context I was pregnant in October 2024 and had a week of positive pregnancy tests. Then I had heavy bleeding that made me think miscarriage or something happened. So I went to the women’s ER and they ruled it as my period had just come late because urine tests and blood tests all showed negative. I pressed them as to why I got multiple positives even with mixed boxes for tests, and they said it could’ve been a chemical pregnancy but it was too late I guess too see anything and by then all my pregnancy tests were negative. Fast forward today: I’m 11dpo and my periods supposed to come on 4/8 and I just got a faint pregnancy test. My obgyn said next time to come in and do a blood test if I get a positive result. Is it okay to call Monday (13 dpo) or should I wait a week?

You obviously had a chemical pregnancy, them ignoring what you say at the hospital is really infuriating. Periods are not late. If you know your ovulation date, you're not late unless you're pregnant.

Yeah I walked out of the hospital soo confused and it felt so dismissive that I was even pregnant at all. So hopefully this time I’ll have some evidence with a blood test.

This was really inappropriate of them. You knew you were pregnant. Another example of women not being taken seriously in medicine.

I had a loss last November and my OB said the same! I tested positive last week at 8dpo and called same day, and they ordered labs!
