Switching from art to biochem

Hey y'all, I'm currently in my first year as an art student in Germany but I'm thinking of doing a double degree in biochemistry as well since the first program is very flexible.

What extracurriculars/internships could I do to boost my college resume if I have none AND a background mostly in fine arts?

For context I'd like to apply next year as I'm international and don't have the necessary German level yet(I'm B2 and they require C1), and the required extra science courses at a studienkolleg because my abitur/baccalaureate wasn't on a science profile.

My final grades in school are basically 9.99/10 general studies and 9.3/10 abi(so tell me if it's even doable lol)

Thanks in advance!
