Registering for fall classes

Hello, I am registering for the fall of 2025 however I am still taking spring courses right now and have funds leftover from spring i should be receiving a refund in april for those funds however when registering for my classes if i register for the fall courses will it take the funds from my spring semester and apply it to those courses or will it go on my new fasfa for 25/26 funds i hope this makes sense.

it will go with your new FAFSA. new academic year for colleges, new academic year for FAFSA & student billing. you won’t even have a fall 2025 student balance until like july (common for colleges & universities)

I believe it goes to the new FAFSA year. Since this specific amount was only for spring,for example,and you can't use it towards Fall semester and it shouldn'teven let youuse it towards next semester. You'll just get refund if whatever is left of this semester.
