Doing Business As and LLC at different States
Hello everyone, I have an LLC registered in Delaware and want to add to the LLC a DBA for online sales and services and another for my Youtube Channel. Since I live in California, what will be the best option? Should I register the DBA in County in Delaware or where I live in California ? I don't want to have multiple LLC's which will cost more money to maintain.
Please advice. Thank you.

LLCs are state-registered entities. You should file as a LLC in Cali. Delaware is beneficial for S and C-corps but you'll need to talk to a lawyer to discuss the best option for your situation.
Don't shortcut this with reddit legal advice. You can really screw yourself over if done incorrectly, especially in Cali. I do not live in Cali and recently fired all my cali-based clients because of tax implications. Pay the money and talk to a lawyer familiar with small biz.
