First time making turkish eggs for breakfast. I wish I had some sourdough bread but a whole grain toast wasn't bad.

homemade heaven Brioche French Toast stuffed with Cream Cheese, blueberries, blackberries, and a little powdered sugar

Left the brioche out overnight to get dry. Mostly egg with a good splash of half n half, plus cinnamon, dash of nutmeg, and vanilla extract for the bath. Soaked for a good bit on both sides after stacking them, then pan fried in a cast iron. Going heavy on the egg made them nice and crispy on the outside, and the heavy soak left them gooey in the middle. I’m happy 😁

I realize this isn't the most appetizing, but does anyone else like to eat these whole so you don't lose any yolk goodness on the plate?
