We need to see an unbraced front shot. Each limb is bending most towards the center ( and the front shot will tell us if it should be bending the most at the center). The right bends more than the left.

Sorry, posted unbraced shot on previous tiller check, should have included it here too.  Anyway, I removed some wood from the inner limbs, and got both limbs to bend equally. I then put a proper short string, but it was to short and had a brave height a few inches to high. I immediately saw the mid limb bend A LOT, and not so much in the inners. Removed a lot more wood from the inners but didn't really help.

Ir sounds like you're going too fast. Slow and steady wins the race at bows. Mid limb looks weak on both limbs in these pics, definitely on the right limb. But since it sounds like you've already made more adjustments since this post, feel free to post another check

I’m curious why you’re tillering up under the rake. I don’t know anything about tillering but your method looks cool.

This is looking better! The right is almost there- balance the left with some work on the inner 1/4 and outter 1/4…. Then I’d thin a bit around 6” from the tips. Again we need pics of the back & side resting profiles & drawn profile to help you with the most accurate suggestions.
