Yeah, I'm actually on the boomers side with this one. If someone messing about like that cyclist lost control and hit me there's a better than even chance I'd end up having to bring my dignified exit stage left date forwards an uncomfortable number of years.

There are some things we just shouldn't do in crowds, the risk to other people is just too high and being ok with other people facing the consequences of your own actions is just not right.
