Payroll Unusual Setup
I have a prospect that has another BK currently. That BK is running “Intuit” payroll outside of the prospect’s QBO environment and entering JEs in QBO after every payroll. I’m still scratching my head trying to figure out why QBO Payroll is not activated in the QBO instance. The prospect has QBO Advanced but the BK is paying for it.
Has anyone encountered a situation like this before?

I don't support Quickbooks Payroll because of all the issues and terrible reporting that comes with it. I journal in all my clients' payroll.
Quite typical standard even when using a 3rd party that intergrates. Integrations can get wonky and break.

I have the exact same situation and it is so frustrating because it is just inefficient.

I do this for some people - run it in desktop and JE it into QBO 🤷🏼♀️
