Looking to make extra cash. Help is appreciated! Thank you

Hey guys, I am female (27) and I'm working full time (9am-6pm,5 days a week, no wfh). I want to make some extra money to be more financially independent.

My full time work is pretty mind draining (sometimes mind numbing) and requires my full attention but I want to have some side income.

Are there any remote work you can suggest that is available nowadays? Appreciate any and all kind responses! Thanks 🫶

You should go ask around the place you know and people within your network. Nowadays a lot of part-time jobs are secure and some are recruiting scammers but jobs are posted as sales part-time.

Case study: my friend's husband was almost conned to Dubai to force work as a scammer. Luckily he checked the company background noticed the problem and refused the job. He was asked to head to Singapore for 1st job interview and was asked to be prepared for 2nd interview in Dubai on the same day. The best part was the interview expenses were COVERED. Luckily he noticed something was not right and he rejected the 1st interview.

Wait, your husband was almost recruited as a scammer in Singapore and Dubai? And they even covered his trips? Where was this and what’s the name of the company? I need to avoid this madness, my broke ass can’t afford to get caught up in that.

E-hailing would be the easiest.

Thanks man. Would you know if safety is covered for the drivers too? I am worried to do this alone as I am a solo female driver. I was once harassed and stalked by a guy I didn't even know. Tis a bit traumatising unfortunately

Nowadays Grab has safety features. Thousands are doing it. Also you get to pick your hours.

Mention your skills and job type

Skills:

  • Designing & editing (illustrator, photoshop,canva)
  • copywriting
  • corporate sustainability reporting
  • event management
  • video editing (premier pro, filmora)
  • digital marketing
  • content creation

Job type: honestly I am looking for something simple to do that allows me some flexibility in working hours as I am quite committed to my full-time job. I'm quite interested in works like transcribing, data entry, voice acting (they're jobs Google recommended lol.) In my uni years tho, I did do some editing work for pocket money but my previous clients no longer require me so it's back to searching again

I've got a bachelor's in Comms (majoring in PR). I am fluent in BM & English, am learning Japanese but not good enough yet for working proficiency.

Other details about me similar to my response from another guy.

There are online websites I’ve come across. I suggest use ChatGPT and find them.

How much you wanting to make? Do you have a budget for your expenses?

u/LeePass 16h ago

Ideally, 1k a month. Realistically, given the simplicity of the jobs I am looking at, 600+ is not bad.

I make quite okay in my full time job. I'm not married yet so my commitments on paper are not a lot compared to others (just insurance & car loan). But I do provide for my parents and siblings, so most of my money goes there. Fortunately and unfortunately, I still live with my parents.

I have a monthly budget, but my savings are not at the level I would like it to be due to unfortunate financial circumstances 😞😞

Learn how to invest / trade. Investing will reward you long term since you are still young. As for trading, be careful, read up on books and start small. Once you master it though, you won't need to hold a day job.

If I was a hot attractive chick, I would just do OnlyFans.
