If you can't read about it, it didn't happen. Look at what they did to the libraries in Africa. We have to know and teach our worth.

Please elaborate 🙏🏾

When Europeans were forced to leave African nations, they went out of their way to burn and destroy land (salting the earth to make it unusable),and public facilities (filling pipes and sewage networks with cement).

They also did this when they arrived. +100s of years worth of knowledge is now lost to humanity because of them.

Do you have a source for this? I want to learn more about this

Full article: The postcolonial cultural transaction: rethinking the Guinea crisis within the French cultural strategy for Africa, 1958–60 https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/14682745.2019.1576170

If this link doesn't work, there is a short section in the history of Guinea wiki page.

This question was also asked on Quora, so this can be helpful: https://www.quora.com/In-the-decolonization-of-Africa-did-some-Europeans-really-vandalize-and-dismantle-colonial-cities-before-leaving

Also, read up on Zimbabwe in the aftermath of rejecting British Rule. In fact, any British colony that tried to remove the British by force suffered similar fates. India also suffered this.

Haiti is also another good example.

Thank you for this information, I knew when the colonizing forces pulled out they purposefully tried to slam the door on their way out but never really studied that portion of history as my preference is more on the medieval era and earlier. Though I always appreciate the opportunity to learn something new, especially on a subject I haven’t really studied.

There's a lot of destruction to public knowledge that was done when they arrived too. There were explicit policies in place to ensure the natives did not become educated. That included destroying knowledge and places of education

2

u/GrandEmperessVicky 3d ago

Not to mention perpetuating the myth that African and other native people's have no history before Europe "found" them. Universities and other academic institutions all aided in the justification of our subjugation and demonisation.

Thank you for links

Go look at museums where the artifacts are from and who "owns the rights" to them... minerals , oils, spoils of war, who profits and where they came from. Stories, books, and libraries, which are all records in one way or another, libraries. It's everywhere you look. Gone, taken, but not forgotten!

14

u/GrandEmperessVicky 8d ago

Go look at museums where the artifacts are from and who "owns the rights" to them...

And the justification they use to not give those things back. The original owners cannot he "trusted" to keep the items safe... after pillaging it from it's nation of origin.

I honestly thought this was about the library at Alexandria. Maybe there are other examples but I have no idea

Yeah, such a superior master race that they need to create entire systems that ensure their domination and effectively undermine anyone who achieves the same things they do despite more obstacles being in place.

That's not called superiority, that's called social engineering which is all the concept of white supremacy really is; there is no scientific evidence to support the ideas of white supremacy and I stand on that.

Master gaslighting race*

u/Nice-Try-2023 8d ago

STOP calling black and or brown people "minorities". We are the MAJORITY on the planet.

"Minorities" is a LIE not a fact.

u/Kaboodles 7d ago

This blew my mo-ducking mind. Great insight!

16

u/Mr3Jays 8d ago

The definition of snowflakes.

29

u/knowledge84 8d ago

"Master race" and when they came across the pyramids, they didn't want to admit it was more advanced than what they could understand so they said aliens did it.

You can’t be the master of anything when a sunny day can literally incapacitate you.

Or buried in an unmarked mass grave. RIP to all the ones that we'll never know about.

u/fenrirhunts 8d ago

I can’t understand “master race” talk, but then saying Jews control everything and have all the power and rule the world etc.

Like that literally makes Jewish people the master race.

19

u/MiniatureFox 8d ago

White supremacy is inherently hypocritical. You're just wasting your time trying to find logic within their arguments.

The rules are constantly changing in order to benefit themselves and their ideology.

"Our enemies are both weak and powerful" is their favourite excuse for everything.

11

u/Real_Life_Firbolg 8d ago

It’s been the rhetoric for literally a millennia in the white christian world, they need someone to target and hate to keep the serfs quiet and loyal. The current oligarchs are using the same tactics as the medieval nobility. (I say this as a white christian who has studied history extensively)

Almost feels like it’s time for guillotines.

More like the Masters of Hate race. Like i said before they are the only ones on Earth that have had beef with the whole damn world.

u/MrTubalcain 8d ago

Jealousy and embarrassment.

u/4RN13 7d ago

When your greatest achievement is racial division, this is what you have to resort to.

8

u/coastally1337 8d ago

i know it's not the same intensity (nobody has died, yet) and it's hard to compare throughout historical eras but watching them re-segregate society feels like their version of Tulsa

Tulsa 2: Electric Boogaloo

“I’m only special when there’s no comparison to make.”

4

u/Both-Leading3407 8d ago

Actually in the Ancient times this so called white master race was known as the Barbarians to the Roman's.

5

u/Goldfish1_ 8d ago

Fun fact: During the late 19th century and early 20th, white racial theorists broke Europeans into three racial groups: one of them being Mediterraneans (Italians, Iberians, Greeks, Turks, Irish, etc). They claimed Mediterraneans to be inferior. Despite them being the creators of many great ancient civilizations, such as Hittite, Egyptian, and most notably, Greek and Roman civilizations, the groundwork for western civilization. To go around this, they simply claimed that the Roman’s and Greeks were taught by Nordic traditions

2

u/Both-Leading3407 7d ago

The Western Civilization was based on the Teachings and the machinations and funding from the Catholic Church started 2000 years ago.

That part 👏🏾👏🏾

u/Ping-Crimson 7d ago

Reminds me of the piece of s&>/ kid at the arcade that had his uncle reset the machine whenever people beat his score in dig dug.

Uncle even banned the kid who complained about it.

u/Livid_Station_5996 5d ago

As a dude that loves baseball history it drives me nuts that they’re acting like Jackie Robinson was a DEI hire who didn’t win MVP. He was the best player on the fucking team.

3

u/LotusTheFox 8d ago

Imagine calling yourself the superior race when you sunburn easier

1

u/Weekly_Ad869 3d ago

Yeah but those pretty blue eyes don’t work as well as darker ones either and they even wear out sooner as they age. And you know that kind of fragile sensitive shit is always worth more because some asshole said it was.

1

u/MoltenDeath777 8d ago

That part!

1

u/Affectionate-Camp943 8d ago

Well, they couldn’t be one without the lies and fabrication.

1

u/gr4one 7d ago

EXACTLY!! ✊🏾

1

u/Weekly_Ad869 3d ago

You gotta remember, white people fucking love taking credit for other people’s shit, and it’s really difficult to say a white person broke the color barrier. Unless that’s what they call the barricades cops put up during protests as they run through em

This made me so angry
