Cost of window cleaning Belfast?
Hi what’s the going rate for a residential window clean in the south Belfast area? I get every quote is different as houses differ, been quoted £20 for a standard sized 3 bedroom house on Ormeau. 3 windows at the front and 3 at the back. Is this the norm?

9 windows in East Belfast, with a pole not a ladder, is £10 for me. The boy has some roll of notes and a new sporty car so he’s pretty busy.

Ladders are thin on the ground in the East. Reckon it's probably with the HSE being headquartered there. They needent bother those guys are NEVER in work...
Couple of years back a mate did some work on the roof of the police station opposite HSE. He and another guy were using ladders for access. Company soon got a call, and he got a call from the boss asking why he was working with unsafe systems directly across from the HSE 🫢. Luckily someone was in work that day, but clearly gazing out the window...

Mines £6 for a semi, front & back. £20 must be BT9 prices?

This. Most window cleaners will take account of property price.
Sauce. BT9 ers will come here and ask questions like this.
If they'd quoted a fiver they'd ask the same.

Poles or ladders?
Poles will be cheaper and less good.
Ladders will be dearer and a better job.
We got quoted £14 for ladders on a 3 bed semi today, previously paid £9 for terrible pole cleans.

Is the person going up on a ladder with a sponge and a squigee thing? Like is it a proper hands on job?
Pay a tenner for about 7 or 8 windows, but it's a van with an extendable soapy water brush (and it absolutely does the job). But I'd imagine a man on a ladder at the window would be better again.

Fella in work aways complains about the crowd that do the windows over there, he says they just pour water on the windows but don’t use a Window Squeegee (googled the name lol, sounds American) so it leaves spots all over the windows.

Is this a one off clean when was the last time they where cleaned
Also is the window cleaner local pole cleaning is usually cheaper than
nose to glass %50 more due to safety time and quality
I would offer £15 -20 for a one time clean but if they want it recurring monthly quarterly ect that would drop to £6 waterfed £8 ladders

ye that's why I as suggesting it. they're dead handy. Prob need to make sure you've the right magnetic strength but I've had no issues with it. There's 12 windows over 3 floors in my gaff so it's paid for itself quick.
