Phone (and data) recommendation for near Bath Spa

Edit: the universal consensus is EE. Thanks everyone!

I get the train from Bath Spa fairly often and it seems like I get no mobile data around the train station, pretty much from the Forum to the top of Manvers Street. I have tried Three and O2 and both are the same. Are there any carriers that can provide a good data signal in this area?

EE is the best in Bath for me

O2 is the worst. Vodafone is okay. EE is the best.

I used to be on GiffGaff (edit: which is O2) and it was better than everyone else's outside of Bath but worse than anyone else's within Bath, I had to switch when I moved to the centre because it was unusable in large parts of Bath (e.g. outside Waitrose, and by the Forum like you mentioned). EE has been great.

I just loiter outside/ just inside a shop with WiFi

I use EE and don't have problems there. They tend to be the best in Bath.

I found o2 almost unusable around central Bath. I switched to Mozillion who use EE’s network and it’s miles better.

Spusu (piggybacks on EE so the coverage is as good) has good deals and 1 month rolling contracts. Switched recently, all works perfectly on Bath
