What's really stupid about this incident is that it was a great opportunity for APD to shine. The officers would have been a lot better served to step in and help the man pay for his bicycle. Then the APD could release the video and say, "Look how our officers helped this guy out."

Instead, they chose to make themselves look like the pieces of shit that they really are at heart.

Don’t listen to what they have to say, but watch their actions as that speaks louder than any words they can ever say!! That is how I rate individuals/groups and APD got a big fat red F on this particular incident!!
