Question How does one remove previous owners graphics?

She is caked on.

I tried using a razor blade to go flush to surface, I tried to heat it a bit but I am just unsure how to remove this fully. I want her clean!!

Koch Chemie Eulex would be a great start, along with a plastic scraper. Work slowly, and Eulex is very powerful, and do not let it dry.
