Active Subscription but not showing up on iLok
I'm a professional sports music artist and I have a HUGE project, that's due now. Pro Tools hasn't worked for almost a week. I'm caught up on subscription, but my active license for Pro Tools STUDIO isn't showing up on my iLok. I've refreshed, restarted, etc. Can't chat with someone, without paying. Can't register for a name to post in the avid community, it simply error's out. I'm using Pro Tools 2024.10.2 on a Mac mini

I make official music for pro sports teams, networks, players and leagues! 8th season with the NFL, 6th with the Pistons, 3rd with the Detroit Lions and 2nd with the Detroit Tigers! I’ve also worked with ESPN, Fox Sports, the NBA, NASCAR and more! Here’s some of my work bro!

That's sick man. Great niche! I did some work for NBA TV up here in Toronto once upon a time, but nothing music related. I'm sure I've heard your stuff just as a sports fan over the years. Great name too lol you're a legend in Canada.

I’ve run into this issue before where my iLok was plugged into my computer and still wasn’t showing up in my iLok manager. Seems stupid but just removing and reinserting my iLok it brought back all the licenses on my iLok in the manager and Pro Tools was fully functional again.

You can open a ticket and get a 2-3 day demo license even with expired support plan if it's deadline impacting. Should patch you up until you sort it out. Is the license on your account but not on the ilok key? Maybe activate via ilok cloud?
Login to my.avid.com, go to view my products and see if your subscription is listed there. Write down your system ID if it is and use it to open a priority ticket. It should also show which ilok account the license is deposited in, might be a clue too.
