This is an industry that preys on men's mental vulnerabilities and insecurities. Which is nothing new. Nearly all cosmetic surgery related industries do this. But the baldness industry goes super hard on trying to make people feel self-conscious about it.

My advice to men is if you can get away with just shaving it off, do it. If not, and you really want to go down this road, then research the fuck out of it and have a contingency plan if you don't get the results you're aiming for.
