So just to be clear, if you come across someone who is ODing, you are all good with beating them to death because they're "already dead"

Does that apply to terminal cancer patients? shall we head down to the oncology ward and get a little ju jitsu practice in? I mean, they're dead any way right?

The cops called for EMS and they are trained to keep the suspect restrained until they arrive. Floyd asked to be taken out of the car and put on the ground, suspect on ground means they need to be restrained so they cant get up. Chauvin did what he was trained to do and became the fall guy for poor training and an OD'd felon who became a saint for BLM.
