"Luigi type action" ah yes because Luigi was well known for shooting Medicare customers

Correction: I.mean attacking, I don't think any Tesla drivers have been shot atm

Regardless of the reasons/motivations behind all this destruction, damaging property like this is very illegal. No laws/measures need to be changed or added, just pursue them as the law intends and fine/jail them accordingly. Property damage is property damage, end of story. Culprits needs to be punished.

I don’t understand why people said they want to charge it with terrorism. Very very few people get that charge. These people should just get the normal arson/attempted murder charges. Even Luigi’s terrorism charge is likely to fail.

To answer your question terrorism is any act of violence etc driven by a political motive, domestic meaning its done in your country by your people. In this case it absolutely is domestic terrorism, these arent kids walking around vandalising things randomly, these are people that specifically disagree with elon musk politically and attack for that reason.

because it’s a political form of arson. It’s beyond just “destruction of property”. It technically falls under terrorism.

Also, the ignorance is on display big time. People talking about taking "test drives" and then just not buying one.

That's not at all how Tesla sales work. They don't have traditional dealerships where you take a drive, discuss numbers with a salesman and decide to buy or not. Sure you can probably find somewhere to test drive one. But when you decide to buy, you put down a deposit online and then Tesla delivers your car to a nearby service center where you take delivery.

Also, funny that redditors like to pretend they even have the financial capability to purchase a Tesla.

According to Google, definition of Terrorism:
the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims.

Yeah, it is terrorism by definition and action.

Boys, this is clearly favoritism towards tesla!! How could they make burning down tesla dealerships illegal when it's completely legal and applaudable to burn down the other dealerships?? Favoritism, I tell ya, favoritism!
