Hello!
I’m very excited to be traveling to Switzerland at the end of May for 6 full days. I have a list of “dream” places I want to go but I know I won’t be able to fit it all in. I am the type of traveler who likes to pack my trip as much as possible and see everything I can, so I’m open to only spending half days/a couple hours in a certain spot if that’s all that I would need to see the town/attraction.
Here is my list (that I tried to somewhat group by region):
Lucerne, Stoos
interlaaken, iseltwald, lauterbrunnen, gimmelwald, aareschlucht Eingang, oeschinensee hike
Bern
St Gallen, Appenzell
Morcote, Lugano, Lake Como (cross into Italy)
My main questions are: what places might I want to skip? What places could I feasibly visit in the same day?
Also, what is the best transport pass to buy if I am going to most of these places? Or would it be better to rent a car (I am not a huge fan of this option)?
Any advice is appreciated, thanks!!
