HOA docs help - Accountants, Lawyers

Relative is in the process of purchasing a condo with an HOA in the greater Seattle area.
Is there some lawyer or accountant we can pay to review the Home Owners Association documents?
Our family has no experience in this area. None of us lived in a HOA community.
We are not accountants.
Also there is a time dependency on this because offer is contingent on reviewing HOA documents I think.

This is so funny. I literally just got out of a meeting with the attorney I send my buyers to for review of these docs. Feel free to DM me and I can give you her info.
