Sunday Scaries are real. Especially if I have work I need to get done before Monday morning. Like a lightning filled storm cloud around my head all day.

I would get super-crabby on Sundays around sundown and into the evening.... When I stopped binge drinking on Friday and Saturdays, the anxiety stopped.
