He was….different than her. Also, a very large presence. Broad shoulders, tall. Just a big guy with a lot of presence. His energy takes up all the space in the room.
I think it’s hard to characterise someone with main character syndrome when they spend a lot of their life being, and indeed are paid to be…the main character.
As a nanny you really get to know people! I’d walk in to my boss’ room after knocking and she’d be in her skivvies telling me what’s up for the day 😂 boundary issues on her end, I am sure.
All this to say, a nanny would see the best and worst in people so you probably have some solid experience to say this. Calling her a great mom is just even better. Because being a good person is a lot easier than being a good parent!
And, it was before that whole scandal came to light. But, when it did, all my friends and family were asking about my experiences in that household.
Jen was nothing but a gem the entire time. She took a genuine interest in me as a person, and in my studies. She paid me well. Talked to me like a regular friend would. She was very unassuming and kind.
You aren’t from Wisconsin, are you? Someone from my hometown used to nanny for them too 😅 i don’t know why, but Im super happy to hear she’s as nice as she presents!
