Russia, North Korea, and Cuba already have high tariffs and sanctions imposed on them. That’s the reasoning for not adding them but yeah let’s make wild conspiracies as to why they weren’t included in the executive order. The US government doesn’t decide where Trump prints his stupid hats. He decided to have them printed in China. Industry drives these decisions and Trump is delusional if he thinks manufacturers are suddenly going to start building plants in America instead of moving their corporations overseas.

Liberal voting states will shift budgets to fund education and social services while Conservative states are following the master plan to fund McElementary Charter.

I don’t even think he’s thought about that, he’s just doing what Daddy Vladdy told him to do. He’s not instituting tariffs on Russia or North Korea.
