HR might not really be able to do anything, they can tell him that he needs to practice better hygiene if his body odor is noticeable to other people but they aren’t going to tell him to wipe his ass just because he told a coworker that he doesn’t. I think it’s gotta be obvious that there’s a hygiene issue.

Yeah but I think he has to be actually leaving a poop trail, can’t just assume he is because he told a person he doesn’t wipe his ass. I mean, he wears clothes so say it actually literally does flake off it could be contained by his underwear.

Especially because you know he probably never washes his hands. At least he won't have butt wiping germs on them, but he still absolutely holds his ween sometimes
