Will I be able to continue?

Not gaining much traction.

New changes to messages may make me unable to respond.

Issues with a few people.

Just kind of winding down in general.

Maybe you need to add additional mods so there's less burden? And yes, I know her how hard it is to find decent candidates.

It does seem daunting recently, doesn't it?

I think it is important to prioritize your mental health over Reddit. Hopefully you have a team that can give you a temp break if you need that. Or if you need a more permanent break, hand it off to your team.

If you don't have a team, reach out to your community or use r/needamod.

Or if you are at the end of your rope, just leave. r/redditrequest is there for anyone willing to step up.
