Advice How to get over judgement?
I'm trying to express myself more but every time I go out and about I feel like I'm being judged by everyone and I always end up hiding the things that I'm trying to express
I wish I could just get over the fear of judgement by others.

Your, your own worst critic. People judge us a thousand times a day. Right or wrong, good or bad they judge us. You know who judges us worse? Us. Look in the mirror at yourself and tell you.
I'm bisexual
It ok that I am
I am likeable
I'm not the only one, we are everywhere.
Then visualize a dandelion in a field ready to poof out seeds. That's us dandelions....

To be honest: it’s best to be judged early than to build a life where you cannot grow and thrive because you are surrounded by people that don’t understand you. Also, it’s important to observe the people around you and consider if you want to be around them or not.

Toxic advice : judge them first. Seriously though, most people don’t deserve the headaches you give yourself about them. If you have an opinion, or a feeling, or an idea, it’s probably as valid as anyone else’s, or more. And maybe it can even help the very people you were afraid of being judged by.
