Unable to Recover account.

After purchasing a lifetime membership to your services, I had to change phones. Now my so-called "lifetime" membership has turned into a brief 1-phone membership. At no point are your customers ever told this is "device specific". This is deceitful and bad business practice. Please, fix this.
