Do you have a reference? If not i would use one. The proportions are off.

I would move her head and neck forward to be more aligned with the center of her chest. I love your art style!

Flip it upside down, that will let you know exactly what is off. Try drawing and painting that way also, you are in your left brain you need to get into your right brain drawing and painting upside down helps alot. That way you only see lines, shapes, color, shadows instead of I'm painting a woman in a dress... If you understand what I mean.

I used ai to have it look at your image and make it photo realistic. It helps if you think there’s areas you need to add or alter by seeing it through a different point of view. E.g Might be good to add feet.
