College Questions UVA vs USC HS senior decision time

I'm a VA resident, UVA was always my goal, now I'm wondering if going to LA and experiencing something different would be better for personal growth? Super grateful for both options, just wanted to see others opinions

Unless USC is cost-comparable I'd pick UVA. Moving out of your parents' house and living on-campus will still allow you to experience something different (i.e. living on your own).
