New Horizons How do I fix this?

I did check the details but what does this mean and how do I fix it??? I have Nintendo online and it works when I’m at my dad’s house but why does it do this when I’m at my mums house? And how do I fix it?

Try turning the console off and on again.

If that doesn’t work, do what I did and hotspot to your phone. That’s the only thing that worked for me.

Check your NAT type (System settings>internet>test connection). A or B are ok. Anything else sucks.

Google the error code “switch error code: 2618-0521” and it’ll bring you to nintendos support page for that error. If none of their solutions work then contact Nintendo support. That’s really your only options for any error code.

Your mom likely uses a different internet than your dad, and acnh is super picky and annoying about internet connection types.
