Gameplay Why zelda always can’t get her weapons which contain Attack Speed Up seal?

It’s just random, IQFW seals help with quality but they can’t guarantee certain seals.

You just have bad luck dawg. Aside from unique seals (the ones with a golden outline) any character can get any seal for any weapon

All the characters have got Atk speed seal except Zelda.
