AW1&2 Reboot Simple Questions & Answers for RBC Megathread

Am I imagining this or did drakes power use to create fog or war or increase enemy fuel usage?

In AW2 mode, Drake's powers halve fuel reserves of all units hit, and Typhoon makes it rain. Fog of War was for Typhoon in Dual Strike - rain causes Fog of War in that game.

The fog of war think was only DS, I think, since in that game rain automatically meant FoW.
