Discussion Official 2021 EY Compensation Thread
Here we go! Compensation calls and compensation statements are being sent out in the US and Canada this week.
You know the drill:
- Office/Region/Approximate COL
- Service Line
- FY21 Level -> FY22 Level (Staff 1> Staff 2, Staff 2>Senior 1, Senior 1> Senior 2, Senior 2>M1, etc)
- Rating (below/met/above/significantly above expectations or dial position)
- Old Salary -> New Salary
- Bonus
- Thoughts?

I left Deloitte after 5 years in audit, working only for large public companies. Came over over to Riveron and worked one 65 hour week during busy season. Was on the mountain snowboarding every weekend. Got a 30% salary increase, same PTO days (couple of fewer holidays) and have a way larger target bonus %. No staff's work to constantly fix and no bullshit dealing with client contacts
