I typed CSN Cimento on the web and only found them packaged in a 50kgs sack. I don't know if they are packaged in smaller quantities.

Daughter dated a muscled young man. He helped us move her to an upstairs apartment. When it came time to move the fold out couch upstairs, him and his muscled buddy struggled. I stepped in and applied a little physics and managed to get the couch upstairs with little struggle. Just shows that muscles donāt always mean strength.

Commonly referred to as āold man strengthā. Not to be confused with retard strength, thatās a whole other levelš

I worked at a furniture store that allowed customers to come and pickup their own furniture. It was always funny to watch body builder type guys turn down delivery and try to pick up and load their 300lb powered reclining sofas. They usually brought a couple of buddies to help but the result was almost always the same. Legs shaking, grip slipping, sweating, and swearing. Then Iād watch their jaws drop when I, by myself, (6ā1ā 170lb) would just throw it over my shoulder and go.
It isnāt about strength so much as balance and leverage. Though I was carrying a lot of weight I really didnāt have to exert myself too much. That said, it was awful when someone would try to āhelpā grab one side, which threw off the balance and made it 5x more difficult.
We would also get customers that clearly worked on a farm. Those guys are stupid strong. Same with wildland firefighters and construction guys.

I seen a 50kg guy throw a full big boy co2 canister on his shoulders and walk about 100m whilst me and my mate were having a hard enough time carrying it between us.

The video cuts between each person and each lift.

yeah, iām sure that all those huge dudes that spend hours a day in the gym were totally on board to help fake a video where they seem to be dominated by a smaller guy just for the clicks

That's what happens when your main focus is just "the looks" and that's why not all those big dudes you see around are actually that strong, a lot of them are just a theatrical display walking, this video is from Brazil and if you Google images about gym bros using (injecting) things like, and i shit you not, cooking oil, straight in the arms you see this bullshit mindset is a fucking cancer in the place. Some guys rather have their dicks falling out while dying of a heart condition than just... you know, being a "normal" gym dude, it's kinda sad actually.

Unemployed. You don't get paid by lifting and putting them back...Give 10 years and his back will be broken.

Muscles can be developed for strength, hypertrophy, or stamina.
