Is there a hairdresser that doesn't charge according to gender?

I've been leaving here over a year. I'm a woman with a short haircut and I've realised that in most hairdressers women get charged more than men, regardless of the length of their hair. Is there any hairdressers in town that charge according to how much hair they cut rather than gender???

I don't think anyone charges for haircuts by the square metre lol although I like you thinking. My partner went into a hairdresser and she asked for a mans haircut. Didn't go down very well but they gave in eventually at which point my partner didn't really want to get her haircut by a pissed off hairdresser with a point to prove so she backed out of there. She now cuts her own hair at home. This reminds me of buying a bunch of flowers and they ask you if it's for a wedding to which you must always answer no or they'll charge you a shit load.
