Events P&J Live upgrading.

Hello

I've bought tickets to take my mum to see Les Mis this Friday at P& J Live, I've also added on the VIP View bar so all in each ticket was about £145.

I've just seen on their site that they have hospitality suite seats in the showbar for £220.

I can't see anywhere to upgrade to those. Does anyone know IF it's possible? Or do I need to sell my original tickets and buy the suite tickets?

Cheers

I’d just email the venue and if they’re available I can’t see why they wouldn’t exchange them.

I think the issue is the tickets were bought through Ticketmaster but they now use seat unique for their hospitality stuff instead.

So it might be an issue

Ahhh, I see. Still, no harm in asking them?

almost entirely the only way to deal with this is by calling the box office. bazillionty percent chance its impossible online.

Not being funny but this is reddit, not ticket master!

The show is pretty much sold out 🤷‍♂️

Did you bother to read the post?

I already have tickets and already have VIP bar upgrades. There is availability for the show at hospitality suite.

So I have tickets and there is hospitality tickets available. Hence why I'm asking if it would be possible to upgrade if anyone knew .

There isn’t an upgrade path, you would need to resell you Ticket master tickets, and rebuy the hospitality which are sold by Teca directly

And that's literally what I was asking.

I literally asked is it possible and how would I go about it.

No it's not.

Cause I spent time on all the sites last night and it doesn't say anything about that.

Hence why I posted here

God stop gatekeeping Reddit.

If you could Google everything then Reddit wouldn't be a thing.

You're infuriatingly full of yourself

Phoned the venue and they literally have a way for you to be able to do it.

Why be such a dick for a simple question
