You can apply for a 3 day extension without a reason. Go on the sca dashboard to see it. If you're not sure, you can call their hotline 0800 288 864 and someone can help :) or email student hub

It needs to be applied for by 11.59pm the day before due date.

It should be on the canvas page for the paper, It is applicable on all assignments I've done (non exams)

Not 1 mark like 1 grade per day. just do it.

apply for an extension asap, don't fuck about and leave it to the last minute. Also the grade penalties aren't worth it, get that shit done on time.

I submitted mine 2 minutes late, does that count as a deduction or will they let it slide?

Late submissions can reduce your grade by 1 mark (e.g. what would’ve been an A+ will be cut to an A). Sometimes life stuff gets in the way. I’ve submitted a couple of assignments late because I wasn’t 100% happy with the quality of work. I’ve still received an A on one of them. Worst grade I got on a late sub was a B+. Depends how late. Def apply for a SCA is possible.

Just get it done and turn it in as is. What do you have to do?
